How do you tell an English, Australian and a New Zealander apart?

They got the same accent, looks, I dunno. Can you distinguish these three from each other? :?:

New zealanders have slightly different accents to aussies.

Erm... I really don't know otherwise.

I dunno with New Zealanders, but
