ePolitics 101 lesson No. 1

The ePhilippine government is the ruling body that has the authority to make and enforce rules, laws and regulations in the country.

The ePhilippine government consists of a president that overseers the whole organization's actions,
there is also a vice president that assists the president.
The president appoints his cabinet which are called secretaries that head various departments in the government.
There is also the congress which is elected by the people, they are the main legislative body of the Philippines.

Here are the functions and some notes about these government officials.

The President - He is the supreme leader of the country who is elected every 5th day of the month.

The Vice President - He is appointed by the president, he cannot pass any law or vote in congress unlike the president unless he's also a congressman. He is second in command of the country, member of the cabinet and acts as an adviser to the president.

The Cabinet - They are appointed by the president, each member of the cabinet heads a department in the government. They report to and take orders from the president.

The Congress - They are elected every 25th day of the month. They vote for every law proposal and action of the government passed by either the president or a congressman. The president needs the congress' cooperation in able to declare war against foreign countries and buy hospitals to name a few. Nice work, though you might want to edit some of the word choices here for officiality.

In ePhilippines, members of the Cabinet are called Directors, instead of Secretaries (as in RL Philipppines) or Ministers in other countries.

Also, because of the existence of Congress, the President is not necessarily "supreme".

Very, very technically, the Vice President is not appointed by the President. Rather, a Vice President is installed by virtue of a presidential candidate choosing a vice presidential "running mate" and winning the presidential elections.
