As far as I am concerned, there haven't been new people signing in on the forums, I mean no one posts now and then in the Mabuhay Welcome Center....

anyway, do we have a way to track new citizens? any scripts or tools?

not only in facebbok, even in youtube channels, and spamming in forums and RL media. If someone could get a list of most used forums in philippines it will be great.
A good idea is to create a "ministry of birth", like in other countries, to start working.
i would like to help, but as you see, my english is awful, but is much better than my filipino XD

For that ministry of birth, what we really need is someone good in making catchy pictures (photoshop, anyone?), or even just words, something that will attract attention, then convince them to join. After that, it's the job of Education to help them, would probably be good if the welcome message points to the Ministry of Education for help. We also need to do tutorial articles which I was planning to do with my vice ministers July and August but I still haven't accomplished

WELL I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR SOMETIME NOW TO GET MY CITIZENSHIP REQUEST TO BE PROCESS AND GET SOME SORT OF ANSWER. SO FAR I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FOR MY CITIZENSHIP APPLICATION. YES OR NO WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW SO I CAN LOOK FOR ANOTHER COUNTRY TO APPLIED ON IF MY APPLICATION HERE IS DENIED.

Well, currently we don't have a congress that can evaluate you (and accept if approved), so it would help if you can be patient
