Oh great we have a drama here. I recommend contacting our allies (LUNA) and banning this Prince of BlooD from getting a citizenship. He is a threat to national (make it international) security and should be barred from entering our country forever.
He can't follow the procedures necessary for citizenship and now he is talking the rubbish words in English.

This is border overboard. We are not to make rash actions.
But, as I declared above, he will be reprimanded as well as be recommended for investigation, under the guidance of the NICA, by our allied and neighboring countries.
