How about a monarchy sub-forum under National Affairs? We had one in the eUK and it is quite fun roleplaying as Monarchy. It might also help the community become a bit more active.

There could be:

Queen
Prince
Princess

Duke of Luzon
Duke of Palawan
Duke of Visayas
Duke of Mindanao (if we get it back)

Why use western terms? Why not those that sound filipino enough like Datu or Raja followed by a descriptive alias-title like Raja Sumablay of Basilan, or Datu Pumalpak of Babuyan Is.
