The problem is majority of the congress members, especially those from RSP, are against Monarchy.

Here is my idea :)

The Royal Family

The Royal Family is composed of trusted RL Filipinos. The titles available in the family are the following:

  • King/Queen (1)
  • King Consort/Queen Consort (1)
  • Heir Apparent of the King/Queen (1)
  • Grand Duke/Grand Duchess (4)
  • Duke/Duchess (4)
  • Prince/Princess
  • Knight/Dame
  • Sir/Lady

King/Queen
- The head of the family. The first title is to given to the member of the family who gets the highest votes from its members. The King/Queen should choose his/her heir Apparent days after his/her coronation. If the King/Queen failed to choose his/her Heir Apparent before they leave, die or something like that, the members of the family will vote again to choose his/her replacement to the throne.

King Consort/Queen Consort
- This title is to be given to the husband or wife of the head of the family. The King/Queen is the one who chooses who will be in this position.

Heir Apparent of the King/Queen
- This title is to be given to the succesor of the throne. The King/Queen can only choose their Heir Apparent within the family.

Grand Duke/Grand Duchess
- This title is to be given to a member of the family who will hold a particular duchy/region. This title is to be given to the person who will gets the highest votes from the other members of the family. The Grand Duke/Grand Duchess should choose a Duke/Duchess, days after his/her coronation. If the Grand Duke/Grand Duchess failed to choose a Duke before they leave, die or something like that, the members of the family will vote again to choose his/her replacement to the position.

Duke/Duchess
- This title is to be given to a member of the family who is choosen by the Grand Duke/Grand Duchess to be their successor to the position.

Prince/Princess
- This title is given to every member of the family who doesn't have any position but they're the only one who have the rights to be a succesor to the throne or to lead a duchy/region.

Knight/Dame
- This title is given to any qualified and trusted RL foreigners by the head of the family. This is the highest title that a commoner can get and this will not give them any rights to be on the throne and lead a duchy/region. They will be part of the Monarchy but not the Royal Family.

Sir/Lady
- This title is given to the husband/wife of the Knight/Dame. This title will not give them any rights to be on the throne and lead a duchy/region. They will be part of the Monarchy but not the Royal Family.

Royal Styles
The style given to the head of the family.
Reference style: His/Her Majesty
Spoken style: Your Majesty

The style given to the all members of the family except the head of the family.
Reference style: His/Her Highness
Spoken style: Your Highness

The present style for every member of the family.
King/Queen
"King Lacon Yan, 1st Head of the Royal Family of the Philippine Islands"

King Consort/Queen Consort
"King Lacon Yan, Consort of the Queen, Member of the Royal Family of the Philippine Islands"

Heir Apparent of the King/Queen
"Prince Lacon Yan, Heir Apparent of the King, Member of the Royal Family of the Philippine Islands"

Grand Duke/Grand Duchess
"Prince Lacon Yan, 1st Grand Duke of Luzon, Member of the Royal Family of the Philippine Islands"

Duke/Duchess
"Prince Lacon Yan, Duke of Luzon, Member of the Royal Family of the Philippine Islands"

Prince/Princess
"Prince Lacon Yan, Member of the Royal Family of the Philippine Islands"

Knight/Dame
"Knight Lacon Yan of the Philippine Islands"

Sir/Lady
"Sir Lacon Yan of the Philippine Islands"

The Duchy/Region
These are the places that the Grand Duke/Grand Duchess can lead and they are Luzon, Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao.

Purpose
The Royal Family doesn't have any direct connections to the decisions made by the government. But if some members of the family are in the government, they can make decisions with the the coordination of the national governemnt. The Royal Family is established so everyone can determine the RL Filipinos in the Philippines. The Royal Family will have a family register which have the list of its official members so that no one will use the positions and titles only given by the members of the family.

I think that Prince Terence II should automatically be the Grand Duke of Mindanao, since he already rules the Kingdom of Mindanao and Sulu.

Who are the trusted RL Filipinos that we will include?
Also, are we really not gonna include RL foreigners in the Royal Family?

The reason i suggest "Royal Family" instead of "Monarchy" is because we all know that it's been a long time that we're trying to implement the Monarchy in the ePhilippines but many people don't participate in the discussion and majority of them are RL Foreigners in ePhilippines. Maybe they let us discuss about this or maybe they're really not interested with this and this prevent the Monarchy to be implemented.

That's why i came up with this idea of just creating a "Royal Family" that is separated with the national government. This will give us, RL Filipinos recognition and they will know who are the RL Filipinos in ePhilippines. And about the RL Foreigners, we can gave them titles which is in the my post but I think we should concentrate with RL Filipinos first before making any changes for them.

Then, who are the trusted RL Filipinos?
Should we include those already inactive so as to give them recognition also?
